Many of my clients know how to do what they do best, but lack proper knowledge and/or time to keep their business financial records accurate and up-to-date. 

This is where I shine! I can either teach you how to be more efficient in your bookkeeping OR provide full charge bookkeeping services for you! 

Either way I have systems in place to keep you up-to-date with monthly financials. This allows you as business owners the ability to make the best decisions possible to achieve the growth and profits you desire.

Some clients want to do their own bookkeeping and have me do the year-end accounting work and prepare for tax return preparation. That’s awesome — we can work together to train & maintain your file for a lower tax prep bill from your CPA.

But most of our clients do not want to do their own bookkeeping. I will generate your invoices to your customers, take in your payments, enter your bills, checks, credit card transactions, complete bank reconciliations, year-end forms, and provide financial statements.

• Teach clients how to use the software to its full potential
• Answer questions and train clients to do the general processes of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll Services, Customized Reports, Automation using Memorized transaction set up, etc.
• Set up systems to help clients with the daily flow and record keeping
• Part-time on-site or remote bookkeeping services for those that prefer not to have an accounting department
• Help with the year-end processes of W-2s, 1099s, and financial preparation for tax return filing
• We refer tax returns to CPAs
